Commercial License Agreement

This Commercial License outlines how images purchase from Typedreams may be used. Our goal is to keep this license simple, creator-friendly, and clear.

How the images were produced

All images available on Typedreams were originally created using Midjourney under a valid commercial license. Each image is the result of a curated creative process that includes prompt design, selection, refinement, and where appropriate, additional editing and post-processing before being included in the library.

What you are allowed to do

When you purchase a Typedreams bundle or product, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license to use the images for both personal and commercial projects. You may use the images for:

  • Social media content (posts, reels, stories, ads)
  • Websites, landing pages, and blogs
  • Branding and identity projects
  • Marketing materials and advertisements
  • Client work (including freelance and agency projects)
  • Presentations, pitch decks, and internal materials.
  • Digital designs where the image is part of a larger creative composition

You may use the images for unlimited projects, including paid client work, with no additional fees.

What is not allowed

To protect the value of the library, the following uses are not permitted:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the images as standalone files
  • Including the images in another stock library, image collection, or asset bundle
  • Making the images available for download outside of a finished design
  • Claiming the images as your own original artwork
  • Using the images in a way that competes directly with Typedreams

In short: You can use the images freely in your work, but you cannot resell or share the raw files.

Design tools

Typedreams images are designer-tool friendly and may be uploaded and used within Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, and similar design platforms, as long as the images are used as part of a design and not redistributed assets.

Attribution

Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

Ownership

All images remain the intellectual property of Typedreams. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use, not ownership of the images themselves.
